Jakub je spoluzakladatelem a předsedou představenstva skupiny EAG. Během posledních 14 let se podílel na řadě úspěšných online projektů v celkové tržní hodnotě 110 milionů eur. Založil internetový obchod s potravinami Košík.cz, ze kterého vybudoval druhého největšího online prodejce potravin v regionu CEE. V EAG má Jakub na starost strategické řízení, rozvoj portfolia a využití moderních technologií.

Jakub is the cofounder and Chairman of the Board of EAG group. In the last 14 years he has taken part in a series of successful online projects in the total market value of EUR 110 million. He has founded the Košík.cz internet grocery delivery service, from which he has built the second largest online grocery service in the CEE region.
Jakub is responsible for strategic management, portfolio growth and modern technologies at EAG.

Jakub Šulta

Petr je investičním ředitelem skupiny EAG, má zkušenosti z M&amp;A, financí a management consultingu. V minulosti působil v poradenské společnosti EY, kde se zabýval transakčním a finančním poradenstvím v rámci regionu střední Evropy. V posledních deseti letech se podílel na transakcích v celkové hodnotě převyšující 4 mld EUR. V EAG má Petr na starosti akvizice a finanční řízení.

Petr is the Chief investment officer at EAG group. Petr has experience from M&A, finance and management consulting. In the past he worked for the consulting company EY where he was responsible for transactional and financial consulting in the CEE region. In the last 10 years he has taken part in transactions worth more than EUR 4 billion. Petr is in charge of acquisitions and financial management at EAG.


Petr Kratochvíl

Pavel je ve skupině EAG členem představenstva. Je zodpovědný za strategické řízení a financování. Pavel je také výkonným ředitelem skupiny Portiva, majoritního akcionáře EAG. Před nástupem do Portivy byl ředitelem oddělení energetické divize investiční skupiny DRFG. Pracoval také na Ministerstvu průmyslu a obchodu ČR a v energetické společnosti Slovenský plynárenský priemysel.

Pavel is Member of the Board at EAG group. He is responsible for strategy and funding. Pavel is also Executive Director at Portiva, major shareholder of EAG group.  Prior to joining Portiva, he was Director of the
Energy Division of the investment group DRFG. He also worked at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and in the energy company Slovenský plynárenský priemysel.

Pavel Svoreň

Ondřej má na pozici produktového ředitele ve skupině EAG na starost rozvoj platforem a nastavení strategie. Během posledních let působil jako produktový ředitel v rakouské Erste, kde vedl oddělení digitálních technologií a následně v České spořitelně jako produktový manažer. Do skupiny přináší hlavně zaměření na big data, analýzu klientských potřeb a inovační přístup.

Ondřej is the Chief of product at EAG group. He is in charge of platform development, strategy and product innovations. In the past, he led Digital technology division in Austrian bank Erste and subsequently he was Product manager at Česká spořitelna. He contributes with his focus on Big data, Customer needs analysis and innovative approach to product development.


Ondřej Gálik

David je finančním ředitelem ve skupině EAG. Je zodpovědný za reporting a analýzu finančních výsledků, tvorbu rozpočtů, řízení cash flow, komunikaci s bankami a optimalizaci investičních strategií. Díky více než 16 letům praxe v oblasti finančního řízení ve vedoucích pozicích, jak v mezinárodních firmách jako je Hewlett-Packard, tak ve startupech jako ZOOT a Pilulka, má David hluboké znalosti a zkušenosti, které přináší do EAG. Jeho úlohou je také hrát klíčovou roli při plánování nových akvizic pro skupinu, a jeho rozhodnutí výrazně ovlivňují strategický směr celé organizace.

David is the Chief Financial Officer at the EAG group. He is responsible for reporting and analyzing financial results, creating budgets, managing cash flow, communicating with banks and optimizing investment strategies. With more than 16 years of experience in financial management in leadership positions, both in international companies like Hewlett-Packard and in startups such as ZOOT and Pilulka, David has deep knowledge and experience that he brings to EAG. His role also includes playing a key role in planning new acquisitions for the group and his decisions significantly influence the strategic direction of the entire organization.

David Staněk

Ondřej je na pozici technického ředitele ve skupině EAG zodpovědný za řízení vývoje všech projektů napříč skupinou. V minulosti působil jako vývojář mobilních i webových aplikací, analytik a architekt a několik let jako technický ředitel v developerském studiu U+. V roce 2017 založil vlastní herní vývojové studio Lonely Vertex. Do EAG přináší rozsáhlé zkušenosti s více než 70 projektů.

Ondřej is the Chief technical officer at EAG group. He is responsible for leading the development of all projects across the group. In the past he developed mobile and web application and worked as an analyst, architect and technical manager at the U+ development studio. He founded his own game development studio in 2017 called Lonely Vertex. He brings his experience with more than 70 projects into EAG.


Ondřej Kofroň

Petr je marketingový ředitel ve skupině EAG. Je zodpovědný za kompletní marketingovou strategii, online prezentaci a hledání nových obchodních příležitostí. Petr působil 9 let na pozici marketingového ředitele ve společnosti AAA Auto, kde měl na starost region České republiky, Slovenska, Maďarska, Polska a Ruska. Předtím působil jako marketingový ředitel ředitel Centrum Holdings či TNT Post.

Petr is the Chief marketing officer at EAG group. He is responsible for the entire marketing strategy, online presentation and lead generation at EAG. Petr was the marketing director of AAA Auto for 9 years. He was in charge of the regions of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Russia. He also worked  as the marketing manager of Centrum Holdings or TNT Post.


Petr Dušek

Zbyněk je Chief business officer ve skupině EAG. Je zodpovědný za obchodní aktivity značky. Řídí skvělý mezinárodní prodejní tým, rozvíjí prodejní výkonnost na stávajících evropských trzích a připravuje vstup na ty další. Těží z více než 20 let zkušeností v automotive prostředí.  Začínal u velkých importérů, jakými jsou Mercedes Benz nebo Toyota Lexus, ale řídil i leasingovou společnost nebo autorizované dealerství.

Zbyněk is the Chief business officer at EAG group. He is responsible for the brand's business activities. He manages a great international sales team, develops sales performance in the existing European markets, and prepares the team to enter other markets. He has more than 20 years of experience working in automotive environments: he started with large importers such as Mercedes Benz or Toyota Lexus, but also managed a leasing company and an authorized dealership.

Zbyněk Müller

Viktor je obchodním ředitelem společnosti Omnetic. Ve skupině EAG je zodpovědný za rozvoj a řízení obchodu společnosti Omnetic. Posledních 20 let působil v Čechách i zahraničí u významných automobilových značek &#8211; například Škoda, Volkswagen, Volvo a Porsche AG. V EAG sestavil pro Omnetic nový tým více než 100 odborníků, který postupně přináší nový systém do dalších zemí.

Viktor is CSO of Omnetic. At EAG group, he is dedicated to the development and management of Omnetic. For the last 20 years Viktor has worked in the Czech Republic and abroad  for major car brands, such as Škoda, Volkswagen, Volvo and Porsche AG. At EAG he has put together a new team of more than 100 experts for Omnetic, which is gradually bringing the new system to other countries.

Viktor Navrátil

Martin je zakladatelem a výkonným ředitelem společnosti Cebia. Ve skupině EAG se věnuje výlučně rozvoji a řízení společnosti Cebia, kterou založil v roce 1991. Za více než 30 let vybudoval z Cebia společnost, která je dnes významným dodavatelem nástrojů na prověřování vozidel a jejich zabezpečení v Česku, Slovensku a Rumunsku.

Martin is the founder and CEO of Cebia. At EAG group, he is solely dedicated to the development and management of Cebia, which he founded in 1991. Over more than 30 years, he has built Cebia into a company that is now a major supplier of vehicle verification and security tools in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania.

Martin Pajer

Fabrice je výkonným ředitelem a zakladatelem společnosti Fastback srl. V automotive prostředí se pohybuje více než 25 let. V roce 2013 založil Fastback srl., který nabízí efektivní a ziskové řešení pro profesionalizaci všech procesů výměny, prodeje a řízení zásob ojetých vozidel. Od akvizice společnosti skupinou EAG zůstal Fabrice na své pozici výkonného ředitele, aby zajistil následný růst společnosti v rámci skupiny.

Fabrice is founder and Chief executive officer of Fastback srl. At EAG group, he is dedicated to the development and management of Fastback. He has been in automotive business more than 25 years. In February 2013, he founded Fastback srl. that offers efficient and profitable solutions to professionalise all processes for trade-ins, sales and for your used vehicle stock management. Since EAG aquired Fastback in 2022, Fabrice stayed in his position to secure right development of the company within EAG group.

Fabrice Bruyère

Piotr je výkonným ředitelem společnosti SofVig. Ve skupině EAG se věnuje výhradně vývoji a řízení společnosti SoftVig. Je zkušeným manažerem, který se v automobilovém průmyslu pohybuje již téměř 30 let. V minulosti vedl velké týmy stovek kolegů a získal zkušenosti v oblasti optimalizace procesů a struktur, obchodní analýzy a řízení změn

Piotr is CEO of SofVig. At EAG group, he is solely dedicated to the development and management of SoftVig. He is an experienced manager who has been in the Automotive industry for almost 30 years. In the past he has led large teams of hundreds of colleagues and gained experience in Process and Structure optimization, Business analysis and Change Management.
